Whilst there will be times when you are going from strength to strength, there will also be times when you are really struggling. When you are finding it hard to persevere, it is a good idea to turn to inspirational figures for help. They can teach you that anything is possible about achieving success.
No matter how dire your circumstances are, there is always the opportunity to turn things around. Below are four inspirational figures that can teach you important lessons about succeeding in life.
Albert Einstein
Did you know that Albert Einstein didn’t talk for the first four years of his life? In fact, he was a very unusual child. In his youth, it wasn’t obvious that he would go on to achieve such an amazing level of success. Therefore, he is the perfect reminder that sometimes people can be underestimated.
Perhaps the people around you are unsupportive of your ambitions? Maybe no one else is able to understand your vision? This doesn’t mean that you are doomed to failure. Instead, it might just mean that you will have to surprise people in the future. If Albert Einstein had resigned himself to being a peculiar child who struggled to navigate the world around him, he would never have achieved all that he did.
Dr Moshe Kantor
You might think that you have to choose between success and having a positive impact on the world around you. However, it is possible to achieve both.
A healthy bank account and an impressive amount of influence, won’t amount to much if you are unable to be proud of your success. Dr Viatcheslav Kantor, is a fantastic example of someone who has dedicated their life to having a positive impact on society.
Mark Zuckerberg
If you feel like you are a long way off from achieving success, you should turn to Mark Zuckerberg for inspiration. He was still in college, when he started an online platform that is now called Facebook. He even dropped out of Harvard because he was so determined to pursue his vision.
If he had thought himself too young and naïve to succeed, he would never have achieved his goal. Sometimes you just have to push yourself and believe that you are ready to make your dreams a reality.
Stephen King
The author Stephen King, can offer an amazing lesson in perseverance. His first novel was rejected thirty times before it was finally published. At some point in their lives, every ambitious person will face this kind of rejection.
The difference between the winners and the losers is whether or not you give up. Obviously it is important to take on constructive criticism and to adapt whenever necessary. However, if you are passionate about something, you should never give up on the key elements of your vision.
