This blog has just reached an important milestone — we’re marking our one month anniversary! Hooray! Yes, there are some bloggers who have been faithfully plugging away for many years now and we hope to get to that stage at some point.
Nevertheless, there is always a reason to celebrate and we’re going to recap some of the most popular posts just in case you missed them the first time around. Please click on the header for further reading.
If you are desiring to further your education you probably know that if financing is a problem, then student loans can see you through your college years. What you may not know is that some continuing education programs and courses may also be covered. Yes, that non-degree program could be eligible for low rate financing.
The FSBO controversy regularly rears up especially when a homeowner is desiring to sell
his home and a realtor sees a potential commission opportunity missed. We took a good look at both sides of the coin to help you decide.
Lots of working adults would love to return to college to complete an unfinished degree or to further their education. We took a look at the online education revolution, an event that continues to change the way people study their way to a degree.
There are so many other topics we plan to cover on SayEducate, but time and space can limit us. Krayton started a Weekly Tips feature that is sure to cover those topics of interest to you. Yes, some of those tips will be used as fodder for future articles too!
Our most popular article to date and probably for a good reason as we think that so many
of our readers are finding our internet tools be highly useful!
What better way to compare home loans, set up a budget, track college choices, and handle a variety of life events then to have these tools at your disposal? You like ‘em and we got ‘em!
As always the SayEducate team of Krayton M Davis and Matthew C. Keegan are pleased to have you visit us. To keep track of all of our changes, please subscribe to a feed today and please leave a comment if there is something that you want to share.

As this blog grows, we understand that it may be difficult to find everything that has been posted. That’s a shame because we believe every single post on SayEducate has something of value for you, the reader. Modest, aren’t we?
Although there are still a few days left in October 2007, the following are some of the articles for the month we think you’ll want to read:
Achieving Something Grand — This is an ongoing series of articles (a book, actually) that speaks to people who want big things out of life. We’ll be adding chapters on a regular basis for many months to come.
Assembling a Home Construction Specification Plan — One in a series, we’re taking a look at the entire home building process. 22 articles over the next several months will be included, tying in with our SayBuild website.
Federal Student Loan Aid Falls Short For Many American Families — This is a timely look at student loans, a topic high school seniors and their families should be paying especially close attention to now.
Buying A Home When The Mortgage Market Is A Mess — We got this blog started by covering the current mortgage crisis from the vantage point of the new home shopper. Instead of having you throw your hands up in despair, we offer tips to help you make your homeownership dream come true.
Thank you again for visiting SayEducate as your support is very much appreciated!
