Sometimes defining the objectives, mission and overall vision are the hardest part of developing success. For many entrepreneurs developing the strategic planning is the worst part of converting an idea to success. Many entrepreneurs have great motivation but don't know how to translate that into a solid plan. Face it, we are not all planners. I developed QuickPlanner Plus as the entrepreneurs planning system. It uses a simple system to develop a strong and effective strategic plan including objectives, mission, strategies, programs, vision, metrics and desired end product.
